100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 20 months in combination new and once used French oak barrels coming from Sylvain, Taransaud, and Bossuet. Beautifully balanced and elegant with aromas of black licorice, dark cocoa, and toffee with hints of mint and pomegranate. Dark, dense flavors of black cherry, blackberry, toffee, fresh cream, and porcini mushroom complement one another so perfectly.
